Easter Happenings! - This year we’re offering a wonderful Crown Roast Lamb Dinner on Friday, April 2nd in commemoration of the holiday, plus, an elegant Easter Brunch on Saturday, April 3rd. Join us for either of these two classes as a highlight to your Easter celebration!

Cinco de Mayo! - It’s Fiesta Time! We have several extraordinary classes celebrating this exciting Mexican holiday! Both, Guest Chef Phillis Carey and Chef Robert are teaching special Cinco de Mayo classes the first week of May, including a class for Hands-On Tamales and classes featuring both Santa Fe and Baja cuisines!

Mother’s Day! - We’re honoring Mom with an elegant class designed especially with her in mind-A Mother’s Day Brunch on Saturday, May 8th. Come join us-but please sign up quick, it should be a sell-out!

Armed Forces Appreciation Party! - In honor of those in the U.S. Armed Forces, we are again offering a special FREE class in appreciation for their service! Any military members, either active or retired, are welcome to attend. The class will be held on Saturday, May 15th. (Due to the limited number of seats, please sign up early.)

Delmonico’s Supper Party! - New York City’s Delmonico restaurant is the oldest, fine-dining restaurant in the U.S. Such classic dishes as Lobster Newburg, Waldorf Salad, and Baked Alaska were first created in Delmonico’s kitchen. Join us on Friday, May 28th for a sensational Delmonico’s feast!

Father’s Day! - We’re actually offering two classes in celebration of Dads! Backyard Barbecue for Dad, Friday, June 18th and Breakfast at Rob’s, Saturday, June 19th - both hit the mark where Dad is concerned!

Fourth of July! - We’re waving the flag with this class! Come join us for a fun, Fourth of July Pool Side Party with Chef Rob!
